The Business Trip

Washington, D.C. is one of the largest and most important cities in the United States. A Fortune 500 company flew into Arlington’s Ronald Reagan National Airport ahead of a summit located in Washington, D.C. The company brought a team of 19 people with them, booking a 20-passenger minibus to serve as a shuttle service in Arlington for the duration of the trip. The shuttle bus rental will take them to and from their activities in Washington D.C., as well as their hotel in Arlington.

Day 1

The team departed their headquarters in Dallas, Texas and flew into Ronald Reagan International Airport around 9:00 a.m. From there, they rode straight to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center to commence the first day of the summit. They spent the morning and afternoon networking and attending panels, building connections with executive teams from other corporations.

Later, they went to lunch at Bub and Pop’s before returning to the convention center for the second half of day one. After the workday was finished, they enjoyed happy hour at Jaleo and returned to their hotel for check-in. After getting settled, they had dinner at Restaurant Eve and then returned home.

Day 2

On day two, the team returned to the convention center after having breakfast at the hotel. In the afternoon they had lunch at Sushi Taro before resuming meetings. At the conclusion of the day’s activities, they enjoyed Happy Hour at Chef Geoff’s and returned to their hotel. They went to Blackwall Hitch for dinner, before heading back into Washington, D.C. for a night out.

Once back in D.C., they went bar hopping at a few locations on U Street. They started at Service Bar DC, then visited Brixton and Exiles Bar. At the conclusion of the night they returned to their hotel.

Day 3

The third and final day of the summit, the team once again arrived at the convention center for a day of meetings, panels, and keynotes. They had lunch at The Market Lunch, then returned to the convention center to close out the weekend. After the last meeting, the team spent Happy Hour at Level One.

They went back to the hotel to change and unwind before having dinner at Brabo. The team then went back into Washington, D.C. to celebrate their success at Echostage Nightclub.
